Japanese Technology & Italian Craftsmanship
JAPANESE TECHNOLOGY
Four years of intensive research in Japan have led to the development of a three-dimensional knitted fabric (3D-net), engineered to achieve what once seemed beyond imagination: superior elastic strength in remarkably thin thickness, reaching outstanding level of softness, comfort, durability and breathability.
ITALIAN CRAFTMANSHIP
Experience, artisanal sensibility, and deep knowledge of the equestrian world transform this material into products that enhance its extraordinary properties. Every detail is carefully designed to respect the horse’s anatomy and the rider’s needs.
Properties in the Service of Well-Being
STRUCTURAL ELASTICITY
Unlike conventional 3D fabrics, which provide support through surface rigidity, our support originates from the elastic energy of the fibers within the fabric.
LOAD MANAGEMENT
The fibers respond promptly to pressure, preventing structural compression and ensuring an even load distribution, without pressure points and while keeping the spine free.
DYNAMICS AND STABILITY
Multidirectional elasticity does not oppose mechanical stresses, but manages them by dissipating their energy in an effective and controlled way. The movements of the saddle and rider are absorbed, ensuring unmatched stability.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT
The honeycomb structure retains a layer of air within it, supporting thermal exchange and removing excess moisture.

The Coxy Experience
During the most demanding sessions, the saddle pad absorbs vibrations without losing elasticity. The honeycomb structure maintains an internal air layer that promotes effective heat dissipation. The horse remains dry, and its back shows no signs of compression — clear evidence of uniform load distribution.

During flatwork, I felt a consistent elastic support that does not stiffen the seat. The fabric does not deform and maintains its performance even after frequent use.
Moisture management is clearly excellent: the horse’s back remains cool and dry.
It distributes the load evenly without compressing the sternal area. The double-layer structure helps manage saddle movement, while the inner layer absorbs sweat and promotes its evaporation. The skin remains intact and dry even after very intense training sessions.
It does not limit contact and nor create artificial bulk. The internal elastic force provides support without restriction, promoting freedom in the dorsal musculature. I particularly appreciate the thermal management: the internal airflow prevents moisture build-up and keeps the skin in optimal condition.
