1. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the online sale of products through the website, through the website [www.coxy.it] (hereinafter the “Website”), of equestrian products, including but not limited to:
- Technical saddle pad
- girth
- protective equipment and back protectors

By placing an order on the Website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.
2. Product Characteristics
The main characteristics of the products are described in the relevant Technical Data Sheet available in the Shop section on the Website.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual characteristics of the products (including colors, materials, and finishes), which may also vary depending on the device used for viewing.
3. Unit Prices
All the Unit Prices of the products are in Euro (€) currency.
Unless otherwise stated:
- prices include VAT
- do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated separately during the checkout process.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied shall be the one indicated on the Website at the time of order confirmation.
4. Purchase Process
To place an order for a product, the user must:
- select the desired product
- add it to the cart
- enter the required details
- select the payment method
- place the order.
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the Seller accepts the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:
- product unavailability
- incomplete or incorrect customer details
- suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment Method

6. Shipping and Delivery
The products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 5-7 working days
- Europe: 8–10 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the carrier.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

The product must be returned:
- intact
- unused
- in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
8. Statutory Warranty
All products sold on the Website are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and any lack of conformity of the product.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from improper use
- normal wear and tear
- use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the product.
9. Proper Use of the Products
Equestrian products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable safety standards.
In particular:
- the girth is a safety device and must be correctly positioned and securely fastened to ensure maximum stability for the saddle and rider
- saddle pads and back protectors must be positioned so as to ensure their stability and provide the highest level of comfort for both horse and rider
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper or incorrect use of the products.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profit
- delivery delays caused by the carrier.
- misuse of the products
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including:
- Trademarks
- images
- photos
- texts
- product design
are the exclusive property of the Seller or of their respective owners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

Annex A – Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. Our Commitment to the Right Choice
Our products are designed to deliver high technical performance and maximum comfort for both horse and rider.
To help you choose the most suitable product:
- each item includes a detailed technical description
- our customer service team is available to provide advice before purchase.
We encourage you to carefully check measurements, saddle compatibility, and intended use before placing your order.
2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from delivery.
The product must be returned:
- unused and in perfect condition
- with the original packaging
Returns of products showing the following will not be accepted:
- signs of use
- traces of hair, sweat, or dirt
- evidence of washing
- odors resulting from use.
This is because products intended for contact with the horse cannot be placed back on the market once used.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product has significant manufacturing defects or the shipment was incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
